You have until December 13th to comment on the R-EIR (revised Environmental Impact Report). Bank of America, Chase, and GMAC put a temporary moratorium on foreclosures today because of “robo-signing”. There are approximately 4.4 million people in some stage of foreclosure, and this may sound like a great thing, but remember it won’t save you for long. Continue to look at options, talk to an Attorney or one of the many organizations that are free.
Real Estate transactions in California have a lot of paperwork that need to be completed in order to protect both the buyer and seller. After an accepted contract both parties will get a lot of papers that need to be filled out. It is imperative for a seller to fill them out to the best of their ability and knowledge, and for the buyer to both read and understand what the seller, or other third party has disclosed.

California was awarded almost 150 Million Dollars in NSP (Neighborhood Stabilization Program) funds. Part of this money is for low income housing assistance grants and part of it is to help people that are unemployed with house payments.
