Who is Kathy McGraw ~The Voice behind the California Real Estate and Life Blog

A Little About Me:

I have over 25 years experience counseling families, former Peace Corps Volunteer (1997-2000) Community Development and Management Specialist, a Degree in Administration of Justice, and many continuous education classes in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Sales, etc. I also am involved in my community, and have donated many hours to various Organizations, and activities.
I worked as a Supervising Counselor before becoming one of the 7th Group of Volunteers to serve in Romania. I learned to live and work in a fascinating cross-cultural environment. During that time learning how to start a project, and looking for creative solutions were the cornerstones of learning Flexibility, Adaptability, and Cross- Cultural sensitivity.

I am also a mother and Grandmother, former Foster Mother, Loyal Friend, and I hope just a good, honest, Down to Earth Person.

What is this Blog for:

Many times we don’t know who to trust when it comes to getting information, or helping us with our Real Estate Needs.  This Blog fits all aspects of my personality and hopefully you will not just be able to find an Inspiring or Motivational Article, but you will also get a feel of life in California.  Real Estate and Life in California has been romanticized on TV for a long time…..so be prepared that some of the Articles, or pictures here might not meet your preconceived notions of California Real Estate and Life.
