FREE October Wallpaper with Calendar

Tomorrow is the first day of October.  Last month I had a new Wallpaper that you could download and promised to have a new one each month. I have included 2 choices, one with a Calendar and one without.   Hope you enjoy them.  Remember if you have a special preference let me know.  I already have the pictures for the December Wallpaper with and without a  Calendar, but so far nothing for November.  So feel free to let me know if there is something you would like to have.

Homes for Sale in Cabazon

Buying a Home in Cabazon, or White Water, CA

is like anywhere else ~ You want to make sure you get the best deal possible regardless of whether you are the Buyer, or the Seller.  That’s the one thing both parties have in common.

As a Real Estate Professional I am involved with both Buyers and Sellers.  Over the past 5 years I have watched the Cabazon and White Water areas of Riverside County Home Sales skyrocket, then plunge. Many of the homes that were bought  in 2005 and 2006 have been Foreclosed, and many others are having to do a Short Sale (ask the bank to take less for the house).  These  homes seem like good deals for a buyer, but there are many reasons why Foreclosures and Short Sales aren’t always the best deal. New Construction at 8th and Ramsey

Banning, CA is about 10-15 minutes West of Cabazon, in Riverside County, Ca.

Cabazon Residents utilize many of the services of Banning, including Schools, so Development in Banning actually helps Residents of Cabazon and White Water.

Any of the older  Residents remember the old Dairy Queen that used to be on the corner of 8th and Ramsey. That was a long time ago.  Eighth Street is one of the major exits off the Freeway because of the underpass, but it has been neglected for years. (more…)
