Who hasn’t heard of Palm Springs?
N. Palm Springs is West and North of Downtown Palm Springs. It is closer to the 62 Freeway, or off the Indian Exit of the I-10 Fwy.
Land for sale in the N. Palm Springs area of Riverside County was cheap for years. It seemed the only development was a gas station, Jack-in the-Box, and Windmills. Well that was then………….. (more…)
August is Purple Ribbon Month ~ Whether you are a tourist visiting California or a resident, this is a reminder not to leave children unattended in a car. Purple Ribbons are seen all over Southern California during August, typically the hottest month of the year to remind us all of the 2001 California law called Kaitlyn’s Law.
Kaitlyn’s Law, was named after the 6 month old that died after being left unattended for 2 hours in a car by her babysitter. (more…)
I work a lot in land sales in the Cabazon and White Water areas of Riverside County.
Land in this area was cheap for years. For years you could pick up lots or acreage and not have to sell your first born to do it…..and if I had a Dollar for every time I heard “I could have bought it for ….” or “I wish I’d bought it when I had the chance.” Well if I had a dollar for every time I heard this I could have retired quite nicely :) (more…)
